Celebrating Heritage Open Day in Coventry with Amaraba Dance Group and Local Leaders

Amaraba dance group and many other members of CEAWG had a wonderful time on Saturday at the St Mary’s Guidhall where we were invited by Sandra Godley OBE who managed to put this amazing event together to celebrate Heritage open day in Coventry . The Mayor of Coventry Cllr Rachel Lancaster was present and interacted with us . Such an amazing event, where everyone had an opportunity to ask questions and got an answer . Maureen Cottle and the house of Emanuel have been an inspiration with their exhibitions. The beautiful performance from Amaraba dance group brought joy to the whole crowd and many people were interested in learning how to dance with them . Many people expressed the needs of other events like this where cultural activities are being exposed and people have to participate. Thank you every one who managed to attend . We hope to see you next time .
